City of Dallas Boards & Commissions

UX/UI Design

Worked closely with the department stakeholders, product manager, and front end developers to build a landing page and a page master template for all Boards and Commissions for the City of Dallas to utilize.

Challenges: Review all current content from over 40 boards and commissions. Take into consideration the needs of each board and commission and develop a structured template. One that will meet the needs of all while maintaining the City's brand, web standards and accessibility. The information should be standardized to create consistency for an improved user experience while also meeting the requirement of the stakeholders.

Project Outcome: Created an improved landing page with filters and one template for all boards and commissions. Over 90% of the boards and commissions were able to successfully utilize this new template. Continued testing and user feedback will be conducted to bring in the others who have new, unique requirements.
